06 Jan What’s on in Kensington and Chelsea this January

So 2016 is shaping up to be a great year for London’s Kensington and Chelsea. At Vita Beauty, we are proud of our local area and the fantastic businesses and events that are held around us each day.

Whats on in K&C2

So, if you are looking for a bit of cheer and fun now that Christmas is over, be sure to check out some these amazing events:

Energy healing and meditation (Mon 11 January)

Ever wanted to learn how to embrace calmness amongst all the stress that can be found in your daily life? Then this fantastic FREE course could be exactly what you need. Held at Kensington Central Library on Hornton Street, the session starts at 6:30pm. Attend and discover the benefits of healing energy that can balance your physical and emotional body. Led by Maria Zhuravleva, a Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist, she will pass on techniques for self-healing, relaxation and well-being.

Talk: Secret Tunnels (Thurs 14 January)

Another FREE event – do you think people are feeling poor after enjoying the excesses of Christmas and New Year?! Well, this event held at Chelsea Library in Chelsea’s Old Town Hall aims to teach us about a world in London that exists beneath our feet! Antony Clayton, author of “Secret Tunnels of England” will reveal the truth and dispel the myths in this illustrated talk about the labyrinths said to be running beneath Britain’s cities. Starts 6:30pm.

The France Show (Fri 29 – Sun 31 January)

France has given the world so much and this show celebrates everything about our friends from across the Channel! So head down to Olympia London, on Hammersmith Road in Kensington and enjoy all that France has to offer!

The France Show showcases the best of France – food, wine, property, holiday ideas, travel offers and entertainment. There will be a great French market, cookery demonstrations as well as tutored wine tastings. Sound good? We think so. Tickets cost £16.

Start 2016 with some fun and interest in London’s Royal Borough! And whilst you’re at it, pop in on London’s best hair and beauty salon a.k.a. Vita Hair & Beauty!
