09 Nov What’s on in Kensington and Chelsea this November

Vita Beauty is proud to be part of the fabric of Kensington and Chelsea – we wouldn’t want to be based anywhere else! There are so many interesting things to get involved in around here, so we thought we’d support three of the best events taking place in London’s Royal Borough this November!

 Whats on in Kensington

Bird and Nature Walk (Sat 7 November)

This FREE event is a great reason to get some exercise and enjoy nature! Walks are run from Holland Park’s Ecology Centre from 9:00-10:30am. The walks take place on the first Saturday of each month and are organised by The Friends of Holland Park. Knowledgeable guides will lead you on the walk and be able to explain the various plant and animal life that you see along the way. A fantastic morning’s entertainment for all the family!

Please note: no dogs are allowed on the walk, as they may scare away some of the animals.

Monkey Music! (Wed 18 November)

At Brompton Library, just down the road from us at Vita Beauty on the Old Brompton Road, a wonderful FREE children’s music class will be hosted by talented and trained teachers. With hand crafted props, magical bubbles, dance and movement there will be plenty to engage and inspire young children. Plus it’s a chance for parents to meet up and take a break from being the entertainment!

Frock Me Vintage Fair (Sun 22 November)

Located in the gorgeous Chelsea Old Town Hall, the Frock Me Vintage Fair promises to display one of the widest and most stunning collections of vintage fashion in London. Originally held at Kensington Town Hall during the 1990’s, this has been a must-visit event on the vintage scene for years.

The entrance fee of £4 for adults and £2 for children is worth the money even if you don’t leave with any purchases. The beautiful décor of the town hall is a wonderful setting to browse 50 stalls of the finest vintage clothing, textiles, accessories and haberdashery London has to offer. A great way to spend an hour or two on a Sunday (open from 11am).

We’d love to hear from you if you go to any of these events and there’s way more you can view here. We love Kensington and Chelsea, if you do too, please support some of the amazing events that are put on for all our enjoyment: it’s what makes London great!
