Expect celebrity chefs, cooking demonstrations, hands on workshops and learn all about the beautiful journey from cocoa bean to chocolate bar. There will even be appearances from Great British Bake Off winners as well as all the top chocolate companies in the business, and an amazing display of couture chocolate gowns (when can we buy one!?). Natural History Museum Ice Rink

Don’t scream, but it’s only a couple of months till Christmas… okay we know it’s a bit early, but whether you’re feeling Winter-y or not, there’s no denying that ice skating is a world of fun, and it’s even better when you’re in a beautiful location. The Natural History Museum opens its outdoor ice rink once again on the 27th October, where you can skate underneath trees covered in twinkling fairy lights in the buzzing South Kensington, surrounded by the stunning architecture of the museum. Just make sure you don’t gaze around too much while you’re skating, or you could end up ending the night earlier than expected! If ice skating isn’t for you, you can always watch your loved ones whizz around the magical rink from the Cafe Bar and balcony, with a cup of warm mulled wine and some toasted marshmallow. Skating tickets start from £12.65.
